Feeding, Labelling, Final Outfeed Batch Feeder and Collation

This system utilises the LB2 feeder with autoloader and Ultra labeller on a vacuum bed connveyor and adds the further dimension of re-batching at the outfeed for manual packing.  The labelled cards are first of all counted into the programmable pre-set batch size on the outfeed collator conveyor and then, as part of the manual packing stage, a second LB feeder dispenses the requisite number of envelopes into a catch tray for the operator to marry up with the cards.
